Operations Support


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform mobile device & tablet setup/replacement
  • Provide tech support for mobile device/tablet troubleshooting needs of field users
  • Manage laptop setups with 3rd party IT
  • Actively participate in the Operations section of the New Hires/Terms process
  • Training new field employees on various line of business applications
  • Manage the IT storage room, keep inventory up to date on a spreadsheet
  • Internal project administrator for special projects
  • Conduct regular administrative audits of various line of business applications
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned


  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to problem solve and critically think
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with both Android and iOS devices
  • Well organized and able to multi-task
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suit

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
