Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile device & tablet setup/replacement
- Provide tech support for mobile device/tablet troubleshooting needs of field users
- Manage laptop setups with 3rd party IT
- Actively participate in the Operations section of the New Hires/Terms process
- Training new field employees on various line of business applications
- Manage the IT storage room, keep inventory up to date on a spreadsheet
- Internal project administrator for special projects
- Conduct regular administrative audits of various line of business applications
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to problem solve and critically think
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with both Android and iOS devices
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suit
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
